At Chocolate Angels Hairline Collection By Kimmie, we take pride in providing premium quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our shipping and return policy before placing your order.
Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However, due to nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all wigs, bundles, closures, press-on nails, and male enhancement products sales are final. Nonetheless, if you received an incorrect or defective item due to company error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a possible resolution. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the original packing.
For any items deemed returnable, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution. If we agree to permit an item return, We will provide you with return instructions at that time.
Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders usually are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been verified. Special order items will ship once they are available.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refused Or Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Special Orders:
Special Orders are available for all units in varies lengths, colors, and density. Please fill out and submit a contact us form which is listed under Contact Us. Please include the unit's name, desired length, color, and/or density. Bundles and closure kits are also available for special order. All special order items will require additional time to process and ship. All prices for special orders will be provided to you via email or text message and will be available for payment via the website. After payment has been received, your special order will be processed and mailed out once items are available.
